Hotel’sRules of Procedure

Welcome to our hotel unit and starting from now, we would like to show you, for your own comfort, our rules of procedure, in order to serve you better.

  • GENERAL

    Daily rates begin at 14:00 (2 pm) and close at  next day’s 12:00 (noon). To delay the check- out, please check the availability and the extra charge at the front desk.
    At Check-In it is necessary for the guest to present the credit card used upon reservation and to sign the debit receipt; the customer must also present a valid identity document (which will be copied by the front desk staff).

  • HOSTING

    The hotel does not allow Late Check-Out. Thus, not vacating the room until the Check-Out time (12pm) implies a serious problem due to the small number of existenting rooms in the hotel and due to the immediate following  reservations. So if the customer fails to vacate the room it is hereby authorized the withdrawal of all guest’s belongings by the hotel’s employees. Such attitude by the hotel is unclaimable for any sort of moral damage compensation. Furthermore, if the safe was being used, it will remain closed until the next guest makes time for its opening by the previous guest.
    The hotel does not accept checks as payment. The guest must verify which credit cards are accepted during the booking procedure and at the Check-In time.
    NO smoking is allowed on the premises of the accommodations (bedroom, bathroom, hall etc). Violations result in a fine equivalent to 25.000 Kz (twenty five thousand Kwanza) each time it is found smoking evidence (ash, smell, butts etc). Under such conditions the guest may also be forced to leave the hotel without any kind of compensation while still responsible for paying for what is left of his hosting and consumption.

    The breakfast (included in the daily rate) is served from 7AM to 10:00AM in our restaurant. After this time it may be served to the apartment with extra charge. The Room Service is open until 10:00PM.

    Visitors must be received in the common areas of the hotel (lobby, restaurant) and for allowance to the guest’s room, it is needed prior authorization.

    We kindly request maximum care with the Hotel’s belongings. Any damage and/or loss will be charged to the guest’s bill.

    The Hotel has laundry and ironing services. To use them, please fill in the form correctly and send it with the clothes.

    If you wish to top up the minibar you may ask for it at the front desk. These items can’t be returned.

    The clothes and objects forgotten at the Hotel will be stored for a maximum of 3 (three) months. After this period, the Hotel reserves itself the right to dispose of everything at its own discretion.

    For questions regarding hosting changes and cancelations it is valid the document named “Booking Policy” available on the hotel’s website www.hotelzunelli.com  and at the hotel’s front desk.

  • HOUSEKEEPING

    Accommodations are daily cleaned from 10 am to 5 pm.

    The hotel determines the housekeeping schedule in order to make it as fast as possible – the room cleaning sequence is not subjected to the guest’s will.

  • PARKING

    Guests travelling by car must, mandatorily, hand over its key to the hotel’s front desk where it shall be stored during all of the period the automobile occupies the hotel ‘s parking lot.
    It is hereby authorized the maneuvering of the vehicle by the hotel staff whenever it is needed.
    Zunelli Hotel is NOT responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicles.
    If the guest hits another parked car when maneuvering his own vehicle, on him rests the responsibility to pay for the damages and losses caused to the other guest. The hotel may or may not mediate the conflict.
    The hotel may require 15 to 30 minutes to ensure vehicle’s exit out of the parking lot due to a possible  necessity of maneuvering  the other parked cars. If the guest intends to exit by car during the night he shall previously inform the hotel’s front desk so it may better organize the parked vehicles.
    Under no circumstances may a guest maneuver a car from another guest.

  • SECURITY AND VALUABLES

    None of Zunelli Hotel members is allowed to keep money, documents or other value objects for guests.
    Value objects such as cameras, jewelry, credit cards, cash, passports etc are NOT under the hotel’s responsibility. For better safety of these items the guest shall make use of the digital safe available as a courtesy in the accommodation.
    Losing or forgetting the safe’s password may result in delays in its opening due to the fact that only the hotel manager possesses its master key.
    Images recorded by the internal security camera system are confidential and protected by law.
    For security reasons the hotel kindly asks its guests not to talk to its security guards when not necessary.
